This is a State freehold land leased by the Director of lands for a term of 30 years commencing on the 1st day of July, 2003 at an annual rental of $876.
The lease is currently for Agricultural purposes. Location
The property is located about 9.5 kilometers south-west of the Lautoka City in a locality commonly known as Dreketi and is assessable via 7.3 km of sealed Queens Road and hence by 2.2 km of gravel surfaced Dreketi Feeder Road.

The site borders the main, Queens Highway and is 15 minutes drive north from Nadi International
Airport and 10 minutes drive south from Lautoka, Fiji second largest city.
The area, once a predominantly sugarcane farming area but in the recent years residential and tourism
related developments are taking place in the vicinity.
